Ordering and Delivery

• Minimum order value of £50 on all solid fuel and wood products and related items.
• We would ordinarily deliver your order within 10 working days after the date of your order (unless otherwise stated).  
• We deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified and given a full refund. Typically, we deliver to mainland England and Wales.
• Only one voucher code can be used per transaction and must be used before the stated expiry date
• Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments are to be made in advance of delivery / service by debit or credit cards.
• Deliveries are all day weekdays (usually between 8am and 6pm).  Specified delivery time and date, including Saturday delivery before noon may be requested, though cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
• Orders supplied are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act.
• Delivery of large items including dumpy bags and full pallets, will be made to a suitable point on your property.  This may be the nearest point to your property on the pavement.  This is because these items are delivered on a pallet using a pallet truck and tail lift vehicle.  Due to their size and weight these products cannot be manoeuvered up or down inclines or over uneven surfaces such as gravel driveways.  It is then your responsibility to move the product to a suitable storage location.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange collection and a full refund.  Goods must be returned in the original packaging.
• All products are subject to availability.
• A charge may be made for re-delivery if you fail to notify us at time of order, of any access restrictions or issues that may prevent us delivering to your property.
• All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Packaging may vary to that shown.
• Logs2U reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw products or services without prior notice.
