Ordering and Delivery

• Minimum order value of £50 on all solid fuel and wood products and related items.
• Unless otherwise stated, our standard delivery time for stock orders is 4-6 working days after the date of order.  Where product is out of stock we will e-mail or telephone you to advise of earliest possible delivery date.  
• We deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified and given a full refund. Typically, we deliver to mainland England and Wales.
• Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments are to be made in advance of delivery / service by debit or credit cards.
• Deliveries are all day weekdays (usually between 8am and 6pm) and Saturday delivery before noon may be requested, though cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
• Orders supplied are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act.
• Delivery of items including dumpy bags will be made to a suitable point on your property.  This may be the nearest point to your property on the pavement.
• All products are subject to availability.
• A charge may be made for re-delivery if you fail to notify us at time of order, of any access restrictions or issues that may prevent us delivering to your property.
• All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Packaging may vary to that shown.
• Logs2U reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw products or services without prior notice.

Returns Process / Policy - You have the right to return your goods within seven days of receipt.  Goods should be returned in original packaging and condition.   Returned goods not in the original packaging and condition or returned after the approval date, may not be refunded unless they are faulty.  A collection charge of £30 will be applied if returned or if delivery is refused unless the goods are faulty.  Your statutory rights are not affected.  Please telephone us on 0845 671 1122 to arrange the return of your goods.
